12 Days of Christmas: Day 4: Brain Box Games

Who would think Maths could be fun?

On the fourth day of Christmas, Learning that's Fun gave to me, a Logical Learning puzzle book from Brain Box Games
Now I'm sure I'm not alone when I say, maths isn't exactly my favourite subject, but I do love doing puzzles and so do my nieces Kyra and Taya. So when I told them that the puzzles we had were maths, they were actually excited to give them a go. Kyra said she quite enjoys math, so why not?

The girls had a bit of fun turning it into a competition to see who could finish first. Look at the concentration on those faces.

The book we tried out is from the Logical Learning series where the aim is to find the answers to the questions and use the answers to solve the puzzle. This particular book is focused on times tables or multiplication, while others in the range focus on addition, subtraction, division, fractions and code breakers. Each book has 30 puzzles, with answers in the back. But no cheating!
